TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Project Management and Design

  1. All the designs need to be reviewed and confirmed by the client step by step before moving forward to the next step.

  2. Adicator should let the client know once each step is ready to review.

  3. Before approving each step of the design by the client, if there are any changes needed, Adicator will take care of those. There is no limit to the requested changes at this stage.

  4. After approving each step of the design, if the client changes their mind and requests to change the already approved parts, that spare change will be subject to extra charges (which will be evaluated by Adicator for each case).

  5. Adicator is responsible for letting the client know of any delays, problems, or issues that would hinder the ability to complete the outline scope of work.

  6. The requested changes on an ongoing project will take 1-3 business days to complete and may delay the project’s deadline.

  7. Website design projects need constant reviews and brainstorming sessions. If the client is not available for these sessions, Adicator is not responsible for any delays in the project's deadline.

Refunds and Payment

  1. After one week of waiting, the client can request a refund if the project has not been started yet. No refund request is acceptable after beginning the project.

  3. The products/services and texts used in the design process are only placeholders, and the client is responsible for taking care of their products & written content.

Client Responsibilities and Advertising Platforms

  1. Adicator will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in obligated service deliverables, where the delay is because of the client's requests.

  2. Adicator is not responsible for any strikes or suspension caused by a client violating an advertising platform's policies and rules (i.e., Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.).
