Terms & Conditions

  1. All the designs need to be reviewed and confirmed by the client step by step before moving forward to the next step.

  2. Adicator should let the client know once each step is ready to review.

  3. Before approving each step of the design by the client, if there are any changes needed, Adicator will take care of those. There is no limit to the requested changes at this stage.

  4. After approving each step of the design, if the client changes their mind and requests to change the already approved parts, that spare change will be subject to extra charges (which will be evaluated by Adicator for each case).

  5. Adicator is responsible for letting the client know of any delays, problems, or issues that would hinder the ability to complete the outline scope of work.

  6. After one week of waiting, the client can request a refund if the project has not been started yet. No refund request is acceptable after beginning the project.

  7. While the project is ongoing (before final delivery), the client shouldn’t make any changes to the website. Any changes made by the client that causes extra efforts to get fixed by the Adicator team will be subject to additional charges (which will be evaluated by Adicator for each case).

  8. The requested changes on an ongoing project will take 1-3 business days to complete and may delay the project’s deadline.

  9. Adicator will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in obligated service deliverables, where the delay is because of clinet’s requests.

  10. For the website-related projects, clients must grant access or provide the username and password to their website hosting accounts within 24 hours after starting the project.
