Key Actions and Improvements
Conversion Tracking:We adjusted the conversion tracking to focus on form submissions rather than page views. This will allow us to better understand which keywords are driving actual conversions.
Keyword Optimization:
Unrelated keywords that had high impressions in the past month and were causing the ads to be less optimized were identified and added to the negative keywords list to prevent the ads from being triggered by these terms in the future. Some of these keywords include:[bamboo removal near me]
[ivy removal seattle]
[tree removal snohomish]
[yard rubbish removal]
[how much does it cost to remove a rhododendron]
We also removed search terms that had no impressions to streamline the management of other keywords.
Exact Match Keywords:
Keywords that received high impressions and clicks were added as exact match types. This allows for better management of the cost-per-click for these specific keywords. These keywords include:[brush clearing services near me]
[brush removal near me]
[land clearing services]
[landscape debris removal near me]
[brush cutting near me]
[brush clearing near me]
[forestry mulching near me]
[brush cutting services]
[brush removal service]
Ad Copy Optimization:We optimized the headlines by using more appropriate keywords, which increased the CTR. This improvement in ad relevance has also contributed to a higher Ad Score, ultimately reducing overall costs.
Conversion Tracking:Conversion tracking was fully reset and configured on your forms, ensuring that we accurately track which keywords are generating the highest conversion rates.
Performance Comparison with the Previous Month
Click-Through Rate (CTR): Improved by 3.75% due to the ad copy optimizations and keyword refinements.
Average CPC: Reduced by 0.25$, reflecting better budget management and more efficient bidding strategies.
Total Clicks: We received approximately 30 more clicks compared to the previous month, indicating increased user engagement with the ads.
Next Steps
Moving forward, we will continue to monitor and refine the keywords and ad copy to ensure that the campaign remains highly relevant and cost-effective. Further adjustments to the bid strategies and negative keywords will be made as needed to optimize performance.
In the upcoming month, we plan to pause the current campaign and launch a new one utilizing a Manual CPC bidding strategy. This change will allow us to manage the cost-per-click more precisely, ensuring that our budget is spent more efficiently and maximizing the return on investment for each click.

FAQS
-What Does Domain Authority Mean?
It is really important to define what domain authority is and what isn't in order to point your digital strategy in the right direction.
It gives sites a score ranked between 1 and 100, with the higher end of the scale representing a better outcome. Finding out your score helps you with building your brand and creating a website that you know clients and customers will want to engage with. It will also help you see the areas that may need a little more improvement.
-What Does Linking Root Domains Mean?
Number of unique root domains linking to a target. Two links from the same website will only be counted as one linking root domain.
-What Does Spam Score Mean?
Upon its first release, Spam Score analysed a website against 17 spam signalling factors, coined by Moz as ‘spam flags’. As the tool evolved, Moz incorporated more spam signalling factors ‘flags’. There are now 27 ‘spam flags’, which we will explain in detail later.
The aggregate of these flags is represented by a single score that indicates the likeliness of a site being penalized by Google. The more flags a site accumulates, the higher the Spam Score, and the stronger the prediction that it will be perceived as spammy by Google.
