  1. Weekly Review and Optimization:
    The campaign was reviewed and optimized weekly to ensure consistent performance. New keywords that showed potential for increasing conversions were added to the campaign. Examples include:"toronto dodgeball"
    "league dodgeball"
    "adult dodgeball league"

    These keywords were added as phrase match to identify better-performing keywords with lower CPC.

  2. CPC Testing:Different CPC values were tested for various keywords, and adjustments were made to achieve optimal cost-efficiency and higher conversion potential.

  3. Headline Optimization:
    Headlines were updated and optimized to appeal to both men and women, encouraging participation in the leagues. Some of the updated headlines include:Men & Women’s Volleyball Leagues
    Boys & Girls Volleyball Leagues
    Men & Women's League Volleyball

  4. Landing Page Analysis:Using Microsoft Clarity, we analyzed user behavior and observed that many users exited the landing page immediately after clicking the ad. This behavior indicates issues with the current landing page’s design and functionality, leading to a high bounce rate.

  1. Designing a New Landing Page:A new landing page should be created, aligned with user needs and preferences, to enhance engagement and retain users.

  2. Streamlining the Registration Process:Ensure that the entire registration process occurs on a single website rather than redirecting users to another platform. This will simplify tracking conversions and identifying bottlenecks in the process.

By implementing these recommendations, we can expect improved user retention, lower bounce rates, and a higher conversion rate.
