In December, a new Google Ads campaign was set up with a daily budget of $33, and ad delivery officially started on December 8.
Based on your request to launch the campaign quickly and start receiving clicks as soon as possible, we initially selected the Manual CPC bidding strategy. The campaign was launched with an initial CPC of $1.50. However, due to increased competition and higher bidding activity leading up to the Christmas period, competitor CPCs rose noticeably.
To remain competitive and ensure consistent ad visibility, we gradually increased the CPC up to $3.00, which resulted in an average of 10–15 clicks per day, aligned with the allocated budget.
Throughout the optimization process, search terms were reviewed and cleaned on a regular basis to prevent the ads from triggering on irrelevant or low-intent searches. As a result, the following search terms were added to the Negative Keywords list:
