Google Ads Monthly Report

1. Bidding Strategy Optimization

During this month, the bidding strategy was changed from Maximize Conversions back to Manual CPC. This decision was made because the average Cost Per Click (CPC) had increased during the previous month, and we wanted greater control over keyword bids and advertising costs.

After implementing the new strategy and continuously optimizing the campaign, the average CPC was successfully reduced to $2.36. As a result, the campaign generated more clicks while spending the budget more efficiently, improving the overall cost-effectiveness of the account.

2. New High-Converting Keywords Added

Based on the Search Terms report, we identified several search queries that generated the highest number of conversions during the previous month. To increase visibility for these valuable searches, the following keywords were added to the campaign:

  • car learning school near me

  • car lesson near me

  • driving instructor

  • road test driving lesson

Adding these high-performing keywords allows the campaign to target users with stronger purchase intent, helping improve both traffic quality and future conversion opportunities.

3. Quality Score Improvement

A major focus throughout the month was improving the Quality Score of our keywords, with the goal of increasing most keywords to a score of 6 or higher.

To support this objective, we worked on optimizing campaign structure, improving keyword relevance, and refining the landing pages. Additional improvements to ad headlines and landing page content are planned for next month, which we expect will further increase Quality Scores, reduce CPC, and improve overall ad performance.

4. Ongoing Campaign Optimization

In addition to the major improvements above, the following optimization activities were carried out throughout the month:

  • Daily monitoring and optimization of campaign performance.

  • Bid adjustments to maximize cost efficiency.

  • Search term analysis and expansion of high-performing keywords.

  • Addition of negative keywords to eliminate irrelevant searches.

  • Budget optimization to maximize click volume and campaign efficiency.

  • Continuous monitoring of ad performance and Click-Through Rate (CTR).

  • Conversion analysis to identify new optimization opportunities.

  • Regular campaign maintenance to improve overall performance and return on ad spend.

Summary

During June, the Google Ads account achieved significant improvements through the transition to a Manual CPC bidding strategy, resulting in a reduced average CPC of $2.36 and more efficient budget utilization. High-converting search terms were added as targeted keywords, and ongoing Quality Score optimization has laid a strong foundation for further improvements in campaign performance and lead generation in the coming months.

FAQS

-What Does Domain Authority Mean?

It is really important to define what domain authority is and what isn't in order to point your digital strategy in the right direction.

It gives sites a score ranked between 1 and 100, with the higher end of the scale representing a better outcome. Finding out your score helps you with building your brand and creating a website that you know clients and customers will want to engage with. It will also help you see the areas that may need a little more improvement.

-What Does Linking Root Domains Mean?

Number of unique root domains linking to a target. Two links from the same website will only be counted as one linking root domain.

-What Does Spam Score Mean?

Upon its first release, Spam Score analysed a website against 17 spam signalling factors, coined by Moz as ‘spam flags’. As the tool evolved, Moz incorporated more spam signalling factors ‘flags’. There are now 27 ‘spam flags’, which we will explain in detail later.

The aggregate of these flags is represented by a single score that indicates the likeliness of a site being penalized by Google. The more flags a site accumulates, the higher the Spam Score, and the stronger the prediction that it will be perceived as spammy by Google.

-What Does Google Clicks Mean?

How often someone clicked a link from Google to your site.

-What Does Impression Mean?

An impression means that a user has seen (or potentially seen) a link to your site in Search.

-What Does CTR Mean?

Click-through rate. Clicks/Impressions for Google Search clicks.

-What Does The On-Site SEO Score Mean?

The SEO Score is a measure of how well the user-facing and technical aspects of your site contribute to search engine optimization, and ultimately, higher rankings and organic traffic.

-What Does Organic Keywords Mean?

An organic keyword is a keyword used to attract free traffic through search engine optimization (SEO).

-What Does Backlinks Mean?

Backlinks are links from one website to a page on another website. Google and other major search engines consider backlinks “votes” for a specific page. Pages with a high number of backlinks tend to have high organic search engine rankings.
