Google Ads Campaign Report – November
Campaign Status
Due to multiple requests for changes, the Quality Score and Ad Strength for various ad groups and campaigns have dropped significantly. This has resulted in a decline in ad performance, reducing the number of high-quality clicks. A solution to address this issue is provided at the end of the report.
Actions Taken in November
Campaign Segmentation:
Based on your request, new campaigns were created for each of the following services:Colour
Curly Clinic
Hair Extensions
Scalp Clinic
Smoothing
Subscriptions
Bid Strategy Adjustment:Initially, campaigns were managed with a Manual CPC strategy. However, after segmenting the campaigns and reducing the budget for each, manual management was no longer feasible.
To optimize under budget constraints, the bid strategy was switched to Maximize Conversions (Automatic). This adjustment negatively impacted the campaign performance due to insufficient data and reduced control over CPCs.
Negative Keyword Updates:Keywords deemed irrelevant but triggered by Google were identified and added to the negative keywords list to avoid unnecessary spend.
Recommendations for December
Focused Campaign Approach:
To improve overall performance, we recommend running ads for only one service at a time with a full budget allocation. This will ensure the selected service gets maximum visibility and data for optimization.Run ads for one service (e.g., Colour) for a few weeks.
Evaluate performance, pause the campaign, and then shift the budget to the next service.
After testing all services, allocate a higher budget to those with the best conversion potential and run them simultaneously.
This phased strategy will help identify high-performing services and optimize ad spend effectively.
FAQS
-What Does Domain Authority Mean?
It is really important to define what domain authority is and what isn't in order to point your digital strategy in the right direction.
It gives sites a score ranked between 1 and 100, with the higher end of the scale representing a better outcome. Finding out your score helps you with building your brand and creating a website that you know clients and customers will want to engage with. It will also help you see the areas that may need a little more improvement.
-What Does Linking Root Domains Mean?

-What Does Spam Score Mean?
Upon its first release, Spam Score analysed a website against 17 spam signalling factors, coined by Moz as ‘spam flags’. As the tool evolved, Moz incorporated more spam signalling factors ‘flags’. There are now 27 ‘spam flags’, which we will explain in detail later.
The aggregate of these flags is represented by a single score that indicates the likeliness of a site being penalized by Google. The more flags a site accumulates, the higher the Spam Score, and the stronger the prediction that it will be perceived as spammy by Google.

How often someone clicked a link from Google to your site.

An impression means that a user has seen (or potentially seen) a link to your site in Search.

-What Does Backlinks Mean?
Backlinks are links from one website to a page on another website. Google and other major search engines consider backlinks “votes” for a specific page. Pages with a high number of backlinks tend to have high organic search engine rankings.
